Episode 39: Abundant Earth

The earth is abundant and so are you
The earth is abundant
And so are you
Rich fruits abound
In the limitless
World of growth
In all that you
See and feel
Inside you
And the world around

You have the power
To heal and restore
Yourself
And the earth does too
yellow and blue star fish
Did you know star fish can regenerate parts of their body? If they lose a limb, they can replace it with a new one! Photo by David Clode on Unsplash
Together
We can create a world
Overflowing with riches
Birds and plants
Restored ecosystems
Nourished bodies
Thriving souls
Bountiful oceans
Breathing forests
The lungs of our planet
You and I

Go forth
Embrace the beauty
Dance in her magnificence
Soak up her wonder
For the wisdom of the earth
Will delight you
If only you can feel
Her greatness
If only you can return
The respect she gives you
For you are one
Not separate

Both abundant
With love
Riches
And gifts
To be shared
And enjoyed
For respect for yourself
And respect for the earth
Are one and the same

So, take your hand to your heart
And honour your brilliance
Your wholeness

Because until you can embrace
All of you
You won’t fully appreciate
The utter brilliance
Of the wholeness
Of the earth
Our mother
And endless teacher
